Tuesday Time-Out (Open Sew)

Come on in and sew/craft with friends!!!  The Tuesday Timeout (Open Sew) is a great time to come in to finish up a class project or if you need to spread out while working on a quilt.  Bring your handwork/machine sewing projects and work on them with friends. Come baste your quilt sandwich, do some "super secret sewing" for friends or family without them seeing it before you're ready, start a new project or work on one that's been languishing in your "need to finish" pile. This is YOU time! 

We've got all the basics covered for you: tables, chairs, cutting and pressing areas, you can use the design wall to plan your quilt lay-out! Registration is required because space is limited. Classroom Machines available to rent in-store for a flat fee of $15 if you don't own one or just don't feel like dragging it out of the house.

Please bring what you need for the project of your choice, though, of course, Hip Stitch has a wide variety of kits, fabrics, and notions for sale in case you forget something, or just feel the need for something new.

NOTE - This is "sewcial" sewing and does not include instruction. Hipsters, come share your own tips, tricks, and experience with your fellow sewists/crafters! This group may get cancelled occasionally due to holidays and other classes/kids camp, etc, so it's a good idea to always check the calendar on the Hip Stitch website if you plan to come but haven't pre-registered online.
