Beyond the Basics - Half Circle Skirt
Celina will be teaching this class - make a lovely half-circle skirt to wear - dress up for the holidays or just when you want to put some twirl into your day!
You'll need:
2 yards of fabric, 1/4 yard medium weight iron on interfacing for waist band. (interfacing is included in class price) Cotton fabric recommended. Optional-pattern ease to make a pattern.
