Spring Hops Hand Embroidery Kit
This kit is based on Kathy Schmitz "Spring Hops" design. A designer for Moda, she's from Portland, Oregon.
Part of what makes her designs so compelling is a "Wind in the Willows" sensibility. These are not drawings for children -- the animals are anthropomorphized adults. One supposes that were you to spend time in Kathy's Portland neighborhood, you might just recognize the people on whom these animals are based.
This kit, a single-color embroidery on a towel requires just 7 types of stitch. There are YouTube tutorials, should you need them. Your kit includes top quality toweling with the transfer in place and floss.
