Tammy Wenderlich is a textile designer and illustrator from Corrales, New Mexico. Her work is inspired by the vibrant colors and whimsical wildlife of the New Mexico high desert. When not making art or building handmade products for the store, Tammy can be found in her garden, walking the trails with her dogs or weightlifting with her husband, Neal. Together with Neal (a woodworker), Tammy owns Desert Bird Mercantile in Albuquerque's historic Old Town (www.desertbirdmercantile.com). Combining saturated visual art with tactile fabric is Tammy's main focus and she is thrilled to collaborate with Hip Stitch on this New Mexico-based collection. 100% organic cotton. 44" wide.
