Look Up Balloon Quilt Kit

Wendy Wiele is the creator of this pattern, called "Look Up" - which is just what you do when you're at the Balloon Fiesta!  This is a pattern for confident intermediate quilters, as it uses paper piecing and turned applique. If you're conversant in those techniques, this shouldn't be difficult and it does lend a very realistic perspective to balloons.
Kit includes the pattern, all fabrics to make the quilt top and foundation paper for piecing.
